Who We Are:
The Tennessee Advancement Resources Council
(TARC) was established in 1973 to promote both
professional and educational excellence in the
schools, colleges and universities of Tennessee.
We are a council of Alumni, Development and
Public Relations professionals working for
education in Tennessee at every level.

How to Join:
If your school, college or university is
already a member, then TARC is open to you at no
cost. Simply register by contacting our TARC
President
Angela Mills. Institutions wishing to
join TARC may do so with a $60 annual fee.
